Support
Katra is an open-source project developed, maintained, and supported by the Engineering team at DevOption Labs LLC. Katra is self-hostable, but teams do not have to evaluate or set it up alone. Setup assistance and ongoing support contracts are available from DevOption Labs.
Setup assistance
Section titled “Setup assistance”Setup assistance can help a team:
- Review the current product status against the intended use
- Prepare a local or controlled evaluation environment
- Validate host, port, DNS, TLS, and service requirements
- Configure PostgreSQL, Redis, Meilisearch, Reverb, mail, and LiveKit boundaries
- Establish a safe test and verification checklist
- Separate current local-development capability from production-readiness work
Support contracts
Section titled “Support contracts”Support contracts can be scoped around:
- Installation and upgrade planning
- Configuration review
- Troubleshooting and recovery assistance
- Security and authorization boundary review
- Operational runbooks and team enablement
- Prioritized issue investigation
Exact scope, response expectations, environments, and pricing are agreed in the contract. A support contract does not turn an unproven roadmap capability into a supported production feature.
